Afrobeats superstar, Wizkid, has unveiled some stringent criteria that his future bride must meet before he says “I do”.

The "essence" singer announced via his official Snapchat account that whoever he will spend the rest of his life with must be ready to go shopping for a ring and "propose on both knees". Although the Grammy Award-winning musician has had children with several women, none of whom he has publicly declared as a wife, he seems to be giving the green light to his female admirers who wish to share the same roof with him forever.

Starboy's idea of an ideal marriage proposal appears parallel to veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie, who has, on several occasions, described the act of men kneeling to propose as un-African. It’s uncertain if the singer meant what he said as his post was shared in a joke-like manner.
