Fishermen capture large dolphin in Rivers State

Fishermen in the Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State celebrated after capturing a big dolphin fish in the Oyorokoto fishing settlement on Saturday. Fishers in this area seemingly catch giant sea creatures like dolphins because the Oyorokoto settlement is near the Atlantic Ocean.

In what seems to be a coincidence, a live giant male elephant was spotted moving around just months ago.

Below are more photos of the captured dolphin nature deposited in the waters of Andoni. A video of the science was shared on BBC News Pidgin Facebook page. A resident of the community, Peace Fingesi, who recorded the video, could be heard saying, "dolphin in Oyokoto! This is real, we are blessed".
