Top Google Searches In October – Tiwa Savage ranks #1
Tech giant, Google, has announced the emergence of a sex tape involving renowned Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage as amongst the top trending searches on Google for October.
The conclusion of the highly-anticipated boxing bout between Tyson Fury (British) and Deontay Wilder (American) also piqued the interest of Nigerian sports activities fans on Google.
Google announced this in its October search trends document on Friday in Lagos State.
Other trending matters in October are the world teachers day and the one-day 12 months memorial of the 2020 #EndSars protests. Nigerian youths and celebrities drove through the Lekki toll gate in Lagos in a memorial automobile procession. Famous Nigerian artist – Folarin Falana, aka Falz and popular comedian – Debo Adebayo, aka Mr Macaroni, led the march.
According to Google's recently reviewed report, other exciting searches by most Nigerians in October were the releases of smashing hit songs like 'Alcohol' by Joeboy and 'Levels' by Flavour.
Nnamdi Kanu Biafra case was additionally a top searched term by many Nigerians who seem to be interested in the ongoing trial of the pro-Biafra political activist and the adjournment of his court case till November 10 at the Federal Excessive Courtroom in Abuja.
