A CCTV footage released by a restaurant in Lagos purports to show the late CEO of Super TV, Michael Usifo Ataga and his side chick, Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu. The one minute and twenty-six seconds surveillance video, released on social media early Friday, seemingly showed the pair chatting at the yet-to-be-named eatery. In what appeared to be their last recorded moments before Ataga's tragic death, the duo exits the building towards the end of the security camera footage.
HotNaija previously reported the story of Chidinma, a 300 level student of the University of Lagos, confessing how she allegedly stabbed Ataga multiple times in his neck. The Lagos state police command later announced in a statement that the suspect "conspired with others, now at large". Police spokesperson Olumuyiwa Odumosu said the case is currently under investigation and will be charged to court soon. Odumosu also revealed that several items, including a driver's license, passport, bank statement, two ID cards and a debit card, were recovered from the 21-year-old.

Additionally, police sources who asked not to be identified told The Punch that Chidinma was arrested alongside her father at their residence in Yaba. According to the sources, the suspect's father was detained by the police because he tried to stop policemen from arresting her. Until his death, Michael Ataga was married with two kids to Brenda Ataga. His family has not released a statement regarding the development.
