Famous skit maker, Cute Abiola, has been declared missing.
Fellow comedian Mr. Macaroni shared news of the recent tragedy on his official Twitter account, with WhatsApp messages he purportedly received from Cute Abiola's wife.
"If the Nigerian Navy has any information to help Cute Abiola's family and friends confirm his whereabouts or if he his in their custody, I think the honourable thing to do would be to clarify details surrounding his detention and put everyone's mind at rest. Haba!", Mr. Macaroni tweeted on Tuesday.
Mr. Macaroni also shared screenshots of messages he received from Abiola's family, suggesting that his fellow comedian has been missing since Monday, November 15. According to several reports, calls have been put through to Cute Abiola, all to no avail.
A statement from Cute Abiola's family claims the comedian is being held by the Nigerian Navy.
