Veteran Yoruba actress, Rachel Oniga, has died. Media houses and online publications reported that the 64-year-old contracted the COVID-19 virus which, in turn, led to other health complications. However, family sources said in a statement that she "died from a heart-related issue". Oniga joined the movie industry in 1993 and has since starred in several movies including "The Wedding Party". She was buried on Friday, August 27th in Lagos.
